About

Hello, I'm Iryna Stetsenko-Yershova — a Product & UX/UI Designer, mentor and educator who believes great design should be understood by everyone.

I've spent over 10 years in the design world, earning certifications from IxDF, Uxcel, IBM, Programming Hub, and PROAPP Pte. Ltd. I also mentor designers as a Uxcel Mentor and IxDF Local Leader in Kyiv. But my real superpower? Making complex things simple.

Alongside design, I have over 15 years of teaching experience at the academy level — a background that shaped my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and with empathy.

What you'll find here: Clear explanations of UX/UI concepts, design psychology insights, practical career advice, and honest takes on what actually matters in product design.

Whether you're exploring UX/UI for the first time or you're a designer looking to fill knowledge gaps — welcome. Let's make sense of design together. Let's Connect I'm always happy to connect with fellow designers, aspiring UX/UI professionals, and anyone passionate about creating better digital experiences.
